This year's conference will feature three days of in-person content at the Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Hills on October 13 - 15, 2021. Please see additional information below.

Health Precautions
At Morgan Stanley, the health and safety of our clients and personnel remains our top priority. We welcome your upcoming event participation and would like to advise you that we will be implementing the following:
- All attendees must attest to being fully vaccinated.
- By registering for this conference, you agree you are (or will be) fully vaccinated before the event start date.
- On-site COVID testing will be required of all attendees.
- If you are feeling ill and/or have been in close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with a confirmed COVID-19 case within 10 days of the event, please notify us as soon as possible as you will be unable to attend.
- Following all local guidelines and regulations.
- At this time, the county of Los Angeles requires face coverings to be worn in all public spaces and indoor meeting rooms, regardless of vaccination status. We are working with the hotel to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for event attendees.

Company Fireside Chats
The conference agenda will include three days of 35-minute fireside chats. Fireside chats begin at 12:30 p.m. PT on Wednesday, October 13 and conclude by 12:30 p.m. PT on Friday, October 15.
The fireside chat format allows senior management to have an open dialogue on the company's strategic direction before transitioning to brief Q&A from investors in the live audience.
Live audio-only webcasting is available for companies to purchase for this event. Please reference the Webcasting tab found on the top navigation of this screen.
You will be contacted with your company's specific fireside chat time closer to the conference date.
One-on-One/Small Group Meetings
Each one-on-one/small group meeting lasts 35 minutes. One-on-one/small group meetings are an integral part of Morgan Stanley conferences, as they provide valuable face-to-face management access for institutional investors. As part of the registration process, you will be able to indicate your one-on-one/small group meeting availability, which must be completed no later than Monday, September 13.
We solicit interest from investors and schedule meetings in accordance with the times you have allotted. We anticipate that the demand will be high for these meetings, so we encourage you to make yourself as available as possible to help satisfy investor demand. You will receive your one-on-one/small group meeting schedule for your review and approval prior to the conference.

If you would like to ship materials to the conference, please utilize the forms provided below:

Please fill out the Company Literature Form and email to Spark2021@morganstanley.com.
Please print and attach the Shipping Label to the outside of all shipments. This will ensure proper delivery to the event at the hotel.
Morgan Stanley will track your company's shipments and place in your company's meeting room. The hotel has limited storage so please schedule shipments to arrive no more than 3 days before the official conference dates.
Please Note: It is the individual company's responsibility to make arrangements to print and ship company literature, in addition to returning any leftover company literature. Morgan Stanley will not be responsible for printing any material or shipping leftover material.

Morgan Stanley has reserved a block of rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles At Beverly Hills. We strongly recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible and no later than Friday, October 1, 2021 to take advantage of the special conference rate starting at $395.00 per night plus taxes and fees. Suite options are available at higher rates, and can be requested when making your reservation. Rooms are limited.

How to secure your hotel reservation
Contact the Four Seasons reservations team by calling: 310-786-2227. Please be sure to tell the reservation agent that you are attending the "Morgan Stanley Annual Spark Conference" and this will ensure that you receive the special conference rate. The Four Seasons reservation team will charge one night room and tax upon booking your hotel reservation.
Cancellation Policies
Please contact the hotel directly for individual cancellation policies. Please note that "no-shows," those who fail to arrive, will be charged room and tax for each night that was reserved. Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees. The hotels will charge all penalties to your credit card.

Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel arrangements and ground transportation between the hotels and the airports. The hotel concierge can assist with driving directions or arranging transportation. These charges can be billed to a credit card or to your room bill.
