Fireside Chats

Company fireside chats will feature our popular "unplugged" format, with Morgan Stanley Research analysts moderating company management teams in an informal discussion. Company fireside chats are scheduled to last 30 minutes. Each session allows senior management to open with brief remarks on your company's strategic direction, transitioning to a question-and-answer session with the audience. We will contact you with your specific presentation time closer to the conference.

Please Note: As the conference follows an "unplugged" format, all presentations will be limited to verbal remarks only.

One-on-One/Small Group Meetings

One-on-one/small group meetings are an integral part of Morgan Stanley conferences as they provide valuable face-to-face management access for institutional investors. As part of the registration process, you will be able to indicate your one-on-one/small group meeting availability, which must be completed no later than Wednesday, June 8.

We will solicit interest from investors and schedule meetings in accordance with the times you have allotted. We anticipate that the demand will be high for these meetings, so we encourage you to make yourself as available as possible to help satisfy investor demand. Each one-on-one meeting lasts 30 minutes with a 5-minute transition period.

You will receive your preliminary one-on-one meeting schedule for your review and approval ahead of the conference.

Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday, August 17. Space is limited.

Company Literature and Handouts
Use the following forms if you are shipping materials to this event. Morgan Stanley will then track your company's shipment and make sure your shipment is available to your company's attendees in their meeting room upon arrival to the event. 

Please fill out the Company Literature Form and send it to Laguna2022@morganstanley.com. Please print and attach the label below to the outside of all shipments. This will ensure proper delivery to the event.

Please schedule your shipment to arrive no more than 3 business days before the official conference dates.

Please Note: It is the individual company's responsibility to make arrangements to print and ship company literature, and to return any leftover company literature. Morgan Stanley will not be responsible for printing any material or shipping leftover material.

Attire

Business attire is appropriate for all conference meetings. Resort casual is appropriate for dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Temperatures in September average 78°F during the day and 60°F during the evening.

Meal Functions

Breakfast and lunch will be available for all attendees during the conference, along with refreshment breaks throughout each day.

This event features group dinners on both Wednesday, September 14 and Thursday, September 15. All conference attendees are welcome to attend.
