Company Fireside Chats
Our conference agenda will include 40-minute dual-track fireside chats. Fireside chats begin at 8:00 a.m. and end no later than 5:00 p.m. each day.
The fireside chat format allows senior management to have an open dialogue on the company's strategic direction, transitioning to brief Q&A from investors in the audience.
You will be contacted with your company's specific fireside chat time closer to the conference date.
Audio Webcasting
Presenting companies will be responsible for all webcast fees. Live audio webcasting can be purchased directly through our webcasting partner here..
GlobalMeet will be providing live audio only webcast services for this year's conference for Financials and Payments Fireside Chats. This service is fully compliant with Regulation Full Disclosure (Reg FD) obligations. Please note that live video webcasting will not be offered for any fireside chat sessions at this conference.
Important Notice Regarding Audio Edits
Analyst disclosures during any part of the company presentation cannot be edited without the prior consent of Morgan Stanley. GlobalMeet will notify Morgan Stanley's Corporate Access team if audio edits have been requested by any participating company.
One-on-One/Small Group Meetings
Each one-on-one / small group meeting lasts 40 minutes. One-on-one / small group meetings are an integral part of Morgan Stanley conferences, as they provide valuable face-to-face management access for institutional investors. As part of the registration process, you will be able to indicate your one-on-one / small group meeting availability, which must be completed no later than Friday, September 16.
We solicit interest from investors and schedule meetings in accordance with the times you have allotted. We anticipate that the demand will be high for these meetings, so we encourage you to make yourself as available as possible to help satisfy investor demand. You will receive your one-on-one / small group meeting schedule, for your review and approval, prior to the conference.

This deadline is flexible, but recommended, as we want to ensure that your presentations are here upon your arrival.
