Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made on or after Friday, October 27, 2023 (Singapore local time) will be subjected to one night cancellation fee.

Any cancellations made on or after Monday, November 6, 2023 (Singapore local time) will be subjected to full cancellation fee based on the entire length of period reserved.

"No-shows" for confirmed bookings will result to a penalty of the entire length of period reserved. Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees. The hotel will charge all penalties to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
