Cancellation Policies

All cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to your check-in date to avoid cancellation fees. Upon making your reservation, the hotel will take a non-refundable deposit for the full duration of your stay. If you cancel your reservation within the seven-day period, the hotel will keep this deposit to serve as your cancellation fee.

Please note that "no-shows," those who fail to arrive, will be charged room and tax for each night that was reserved. Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees. The hotel will charge all penalties to your credit card.
