Morgan Stanley has reserved a block of rooms at the InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel. Registering for the conference does not guarantee your room and travel. Please work directly with the hotels to book your rooms, and to make any changes or request cancellations. We strongly recommend making your reservations as soon as possible.

Rooms are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy for your reservation. The deadline to book rooms is Friday, November 10, 2023.

Cancellation Policies

Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees. Check directly with hotel for particular cancellation guidelines. Note that "no-shows," those who fail to arrive, will be charged room and tax for each night that was reserved. The hotels will charge all penalties to your credit card.

Travel & Ground Transportation

Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel arrangements and ground transportation between the hotels and the airports. The hotel concierge can assist with driving directions or arranging transportation. These charges can be billed to a credit card or to your room bill.

• JFK International Airport (JFK) - 55-65 minutes, 18 miles
• Newark International Airport (EWR) - 45-55 minutes, 20 miles
