Celebrating 20 Years with Mandarin Oriental Singapore

The Morgan Stanley Twenty-Third Annual Asia Pacific Summit marks the 20th year of the Firm teaming up with Mandarin Oriental, Singapore to stage the event. To celebrate this anniversary, Mandarin Oriental chefs from around the globe will be joining forces to provide an epic Summit culinary experience.


Day 1, November 20
Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona
Chef Carme Ruscalleda will treat Summit attendees to a taste of her inspirational Catalan cuisine on Day 1. Chef Carme is one of the world's most commended female chefs, having been recognized with a total of seven Michelin stars. Her first restaurant, Sant Pau, located on the Catalan coast, garnered three Michelin stars alone. Chef Carme now oversees Moments, the two Michelin-starred restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona. Her numerous other accolades include the Sant Jordi Cross, one of the highest civil distinctions in Catalonia, and the National Gastronomy Prize, to name just a few.

Day 2, November 21
The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong
Chef Richard Ekkebus, Culinary Director of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, will present his innovative and contemporary dishes on Day 2. Chef Richard is the mastermind behind Amber, awarded two stars by the Michelin Guide for Hong Kong and Macau for 16 consecutive years, and recognized with the Michelin Green Star since 2022. Chef Richard embarked upon his gastronomic career through an apprenticeship in his native Netherlands and continued under the tutelage of some of the world's most renowned chefs, including Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Passard, and Guy Savoy.

Further commemorating this 20-year milestone, and for the first time ever, Mandarin Oriental chefs from 10 hotels will gather to curate a one-off collaboration and to showcase their signature dishes.
