Format
Track Presentations
Track Presentation is an open-door presentation organized by sector within three tracks on the ground floor of the hotel. Room capacity is 40-50 pax, the 50-minute sessions consist of a 20-minute corporate presentation followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.
Track Presentations will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis please contact us to secure your presentation slot.
We will provide computer and projection equipment for the presentations, we suggest using PowerPoint to prepare your presentation material to give best result, we also support PDF for projection. A Speakers' Ready Room will be available for use by speakers and their corporate entourage. Speakers should register in this room at least one hour before their presentation time. Presentations will be checked and tested there.
Please submit a soft copy of your presentation by Wednesday, May 21 to indiaicm@morganstanley.com. If we receive your presentation before the deadline, Morgan Stanley's audio-visual team will ensure it is saved on a central laptop for use during your session. You will not be required to bring your own laptop. However, we advise you to bring a USB memory stick containing your presentation as a backup.
One-on-One / Small Group Meetings
These meetings are an integral part of Morgan Stanley conferences, as they provide valuable face-to-face management access for institutional investors. Please indicate on the corporate registration form the times you will be available for these meetings.
Our One-on-One Team will coordinate incoming one-on-one requests between investors and your company, scheduling mutually convenient meeting times. Please advise us of your one-on-one availability by completing the corporate registration form by Monday, May 5.
Meetings will be scheduled according to the times you have allotted. Given the overwhelming requests from investors to meet with management teams on a one-to-one basis, each corporate is strongly encouraged to stay for at least two days at the conference. Each one-on-one meeting lasts 50 minutes.
We will only be able to distribute the first draft of your meeting schedule during the week of May 19, given the enormous amount of requests handled by the team. We expect your schedule to be subject to change up to and during the conference. Please indicate on the corporate registration form to whom we should send your schedule prior to the conference and how we can best reach you during the conference to advise you of any last-minute changes.
Corporate Presentation Meeting Materials
If you will use presentation materials for investor meetings, you can upload your PDF to conference portal by Friday, May 30, 2025.
To upload your presentation file, go to Document Upload from the menu bar and click Upload New Document. We recommend you only upload file in PDF format and name the file starting with your company name.
The uploaded file will be accessible only to investors that have been scheduled a meeting with you, it will not be accessible to other participants who does not have a meeting with your company. You can upload more than one file if your materials are in different languages.
