Company Fireside Chats & Panels

Company presentations will feature our popular "unplugged" fireside chat format, in which Morgan Stanley hosts engage in an informal discussion with C-level speakers from company management teams. Each session allows C-level speakers to open with a question-and-answer session with a Morgan Stanley moderator, before transitioning to an interactive question-and-answer session with the audience. We will contact you with your specific fireside chat time and date closer to the conference.

One-on-One/Small Group Meetings

One-on-one/group meetings are an integral part of Morgan Stanley conferences, as they provide face-to-face management access for institutional investors. Each one-on-one meeting lasts 40 minutes.

As part of the registration process, you will be able to indicate your one-on-one/small group meeting availability, which must be completed no later than Wednesday, April 23. We anticipate high demand for these meetings and encourage you to make yourself as available as possible to help satisfy investor demand. Once you have indicated your one-on-one availability, we will solicit interest from investors and schedule meetings in accordance with the times that you have allotted. You will receive your one-on-one meeting schedule for review and approval, prior to the conference.

Webcasting

GlobalMeet will be providing live audio only webcast services for this year's conference. This service is fully compliant with Regulation Full Disclosure (Reg FD) obligations. Please note that live video webcasting will not be offered for any fireside chat sessions at this conference.

Presenting companies will be responsible for all webcast fees. Live audio webcasting can be purchased through our webcasting partner by clicking here.

Important Notice Regarding Audio Edits
Analyst disclosures during any part of the company presentation cannot be edited without the prior consent of Morgan Stanley. GlobalMeet will notify Morgan Stanley's Corporate Access team if audio edits have been requested by any participating company.

Cocktail Reception

There will be a networking cocktail reception for corporates and investors on Monday, June 2^nd on the 8^th floor Terrace from 4:00 p.m.

Micro meets Macro Dinner

There is a hosted dinner on Monday, June 2^nd from 6:00 - 8:00pm on the 27^th floor. Kindly contact your sales representative to attend.
