Morgan Stanley has reserved a block of rooms at The Langham, Boston. Registering for the conference does not guarantee your room and travel.

The conference rate is $479 plus taxes and fees for standard rooms. Please work directly with the hotel to book your rooms, make any changes or request cancellations. Rooms are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy for your reservation. The deadline to book rooms is Friday, October 24, 2025.

Cancellation Policies
Please contact the hotel directly for individual cancellation policies. Please note that "no-shows", those who fail to arrive, will be charged room and tax for each night that was reserved. Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees. The hotels will charge all penalties to your credit card.

Travel & Ground Transportation
Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel arrangements and ground transportation between the hotels and the airports. The hotel concierge can assist with driving directions or arranging transportation. These charges can be billed to a credit card or to your room bill.

The Acela services many areas in the Northeast should you prefer traveling via AMTRAK. The hotel is approximately 5 - 10 minutes driving distance (or a 10-minute walk) from Boston South Station.
