Cancellation Policies

All cancellations must be made 3 days prior to arrival. Anyone who cancels within 3 days of arrival will be charged for the entire stay's room charge, plus tax, or if your reservation is only for one night, you will be charged for that night only, plus tax. Please note that "no-shows," those who fail to arrive, will be charged room and tax for each night that was reserved. Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees. The hotels will charge all penalties to your credit card.
