Morgan Stanley has reserved a block of rooms at the Park Lane Hotel New York. Registering for the conference does not guarantee your room and travel. Please work directly with the hotels to book your rooms, and to make any changes or request cancellations. We strongly recommend making your reservations as soon as possible.

We strongly recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible, and no later than Friday, March 6, 2026, to take advantage of the special conference rate of $369 per night. Rooms are limited.

Cancellation Policies

Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees. Check directly with hotel for particular cancellation guidelines. Note that "no-shows," those who fail to arrive, will be charged room and tax for each night that was reserved. The hotels will charge all penalties to your credit card.

Travel and Ground Transportation

Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel arrangements and ground transportation to and from the airport. Your hotel concierge can assist with driving directions, arranging transportation or rideshare apps and yellow taxis are available at local airports.

Subway

The subway lines within one block of the conference are N, R, E, C, and 1.

The airports in the area are:

• LaGuardia Airport (LGA) - 25 - 35 minutes, 9 miles
• JFK International Airport (JFK) - 55 - 65 minutes, 18 miles
• Newark International Airport (EWR) - 45 - 55 minutes, 20 miles

Please note that the amount of time it will take to get to and from the airports greatly depends on the time of day that you are traveling.
