Note: Above room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 6.6% VAT.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 14 days of the reservation arrival date will be subjected to a 100% cancellation penalty of the entire length of period reserved.

Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees. The hotel will charge all penalties to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
