Virtual Format

This year's conference will be virtual. The time zone of the conference will be in Eastern Time (ET).

Fireside Chats and Panels - Webcast

• Format: Virtual fireside chats and panels hosted by Morgan Stanley moderators. Each session is scheduled to last 35 minutes followed by 10 minutes for transition time.
  • Fireside chats will be hosted via video or audio webcast based on your registration. We encourage everyone to consider video as we find it enhances the experience for all participants.
  • Please note the CRE panels will be hosted via video only.
  • The technology will be Zoom to webcast with the speakers on video and the audience watching via a live webcast portal.
• Q&A: The audience will submit questions via the live webcast portal, which will be monitored by the session moderator.
• Corporate Speaker Webcast Connection Details: All of the connection details for your fireside chat or panel will be included in your one-on-one/small group meeting schedule, which will be provided to you prior to the conference.
• Corporate Attendee Webcast Link: All corporate attendees who are not participating as speakers will have access to the fireside chats and panels via the audience webcasting link, which will be provided the week prior to the conference in your confirmation email.
• Shareholder Webcast Link for Fireside Chats: A link for your use to distribute to shareholders or post to your investor website will be provided to you in advance of the conference at no additional charge, and does not need to be specifically requested. This link will grant access to view or listen to your company's presentation ONLY.
• Powerpoint Presentations for Fireside Chats: Prior to the conference, you will receive a link to your company's upload portal, where you will be able to upload a PowerPoint. You will not be controlling the slides during your session; attendees will have the option of advancing through the slides at their own pace.

  • Please use Chrome as your browser.
  • All presentations must be uploaded in a .ppt or .pptx file format only (pdf will not work) by Thursday, June 10, 2021.
  • To ensure proper formatting is maintained, please verify that all text is in "whole number" font sizes. Decimal fonts (ie. Ariel 8.6, etc) will be resized in the upload, which may alter formatting.
  • For best user experience, it is suggested to keep animations in your presentation to a minimum. PowerPoint files should not include embedded audio or video files or any security features.

One-on-One / Small Group Meetings

• Format:Virtual one-on-one/small group video or audio calls will be hosted between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET. Each meeting is scheduled to last 35 minutes followed by 10 minutes for transition time.
• Connection Details: You will receive your one-on-one meeting schedule and connection details for your review and approval prior to the conference.
