FORMAT
Company Fireside Chats & Panels
Each fireside chat and panel will be 40 minutes.
The fireside chat and panel format allows senior management to have an open dialogue on the company's strategic direction before transitioning to brief Q&A from investors in the live audience.
You will be contacted with your company's specific fireside chat and panel time closer to the conference date.
One-on-One/Small Group Meetings
Each one-on-one/small group meeting lasts 40 minutes. One-on-one/small group meetings are an integral part of Morgan Stanley conferences, as they provide valuable face-to-face management access for institutional investors. As part of the registration process, you will be able to indicate your one-on-one/small group meeting availability, which must be completed no later than Monday, October 31, 2022.
We solicit interest from investors and schedule meetings in accordance with the times you have allotted. We anticipate that the demand will be high for these meetings, so we encourage you to make yourself as available as possible to help satisfy investor demand. You will receive your one-on-one/small group meeting schedule for your review and approval prior to the conference.

In order to enhance your presentation, we request that you provide hard copies of a recent presentation for distribution in your session. If you plan on shipping materials, please fill out the company literature form, located below. For your convenience, a shipping label is available as well.
This deadline is flexible, but recommended as we want to ensure that your presentations are here upon your arrival.
