One-on-One / Small Group Meetings

One-on-one / small group meetings are an integral part of Morgan Stanley conferences, as they provide valuable management access for institutional investors. As part of the registration process, you will be able to indicate your availability, which must be completed no later than Monday, December 12, 2022.

We will solicit interest from investors and schedule meetings in accordance with the times you have allotted. We anticipate that the demand will be high for these meetings, so we encourage you to make yourself as available as possible to help satisfy investor demand. Each one-on-one meeting will last 50 minutes. You will receive your meeting schedule, for your review and approval, prior to the conference.

Meeting format is in Zoom. We encourage you to use the Zoom App to join Zoom meetings and share your presentation slides using the "Share Screen" function. It is strongly recommended that attendees use a headset with a microphone for better results and to avoid any background noises, alerts and echoes.

For attendee verification, we highly suggest attendees to update their Zoom usernames to display the following, "First & Last Name, Company" (for example: John Smith, Morgan Stanley).
