COVID POLICY

At Morgan Stanley, the health and safety of our clients and personnel remain our top priority. We welcome your upcoming event participation and would like to advise you that we are requiring all attendees be fully vaccinated or have tested negative for COVID-19 24hrs prior to arrival.

By attending the conference in-person, you agree you are (or will be) fully vaccinated* before the event start date or have tested negative for COVID-19 within 24hrs prior to arrival. If you are feeling ill, been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been in close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with a confirmed COVID-19 case (if unvaccinated) within 10 days of the event or travelled from an area that requires quarantine per local authority orders, please notify us as soon as possible as you will be unable to attend.

Please also advise your host if you develop symptoms or test positive within 2 days of your attendance at the event. We hope that you understand this precautionary measure and thank you for your assistance.

*You are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving your second Covid vaccination.

TRAVELLING TO SINGAPORE

Entry requirements for Singapore:

  • Mandatory Proof of Vaccination
    Travellers may enter Singapore as per normal without testing or quarantine, only if they have taken the minimum WHO-EUL vaccine dosage listed below at least two weeks before arrival in Singapore, and can show proof of vaccination.

    The following types of vaccination proof in English or translated to English are accepted if they contain personal identification details (e.g. name, date of birth, ID number) that match against the traveller's passport:
    -   Digital vaccination apps clearly indicating vaccination doses taken; or
    -   Hardcopy certificates clearly indicating vaccination doses taken; or
    -   Acceptance letter from the Vaccination Check Portal if you hold a digital vaccination certificate issued by countries/regions in this document
  • Health Declaration Form
    All travellers must fill in the SG Arrival Card SGAC declaration up to 3 days before arrival.

PCR TESTING IN SINGAPORE

Mandarin Oriental provides testing facility should you require PCR Test for onward travel, test result is normally available within 24 hours. Test center operation hour is daily from 9am to 6pm, contact hotel concierge at Ext. 3187 or 68853187 for further information.

Health Declaration and Hotel Quarantine arrangement for travelers returning to Hong Kong

Points to note before arrival at Hong Kong:

  • Health Declaration System
    -   All inbound persons are required to complete the online Health Declaration Form of the Department of Health (https://www.chp.gov.hk/hdf/) prior to their arrival at Hong Kong.
    -   Inbound persons arriving from overseas places or Taiwan are required to conduct a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) with a negative result within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of the flight to Hong Kong (can be self-administered or by professional swab sampling). These persons are advised to complete the online Health Declaration Form after they have obtained the negative RAT result. After submitting the declaration and upon confirmation of boarding requirements being met, the system will generate a green Health Declaration QR code. Please save the QR code (which can be a downloadable version of the QR code, a screen shot or a printout).

  • Boarding requirement
    -   Present the green Health Declaration QR code at check-in for verification by airlines for boarding. 
    -   For non-Hong Kong residents aged 12 or above who have stayed in overseas places, only persons who have fulfilled vaccination requirement are allowed to board a flight to Hong Kong.

  • Upon arriving at Hong Kong
    -   Present the QR code to the border control point staff. 
    -   Inbound persons are required to undergo medical surveillance for 3 days, self-monitoring in the subsequent 4 days and compulsory testing in accordance with the relevant regulations.
