Information
This year's conference will feature two days of in-person content at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills from Wednesday, October 16 - Thursday, October 17. It will open with a welcome reception on Tuesday, October 15, and will also feature opportunities for networking at a reception hosted by Morgan Stanley on Wednesday, October 16. One-on-One/Small Group Meetings
Each one-on-one and small group meeting lasts 40 minutes, with a 10-minute transition time. One-on-one and small group meetings are an integral part of Morgan Stanley conferences, as they provide valuable face-to-face management access for institutional investors. As part of the registration process, you will be able to indicate your one-on-one and small group meeting availability.
We solicit interest from investors and schedule meetings in accordance with the times you have allotted. We anticipate that the demand will be high for these meetings, so we encourage you to make yourself as available as possible to help satisfy investor demand. You will receive your one-on-one and small group meeting schedule for your review and approval prior to the conference.
Company Literature and Handouts
Use the following forms if you are shipping materials to this event. Morgan Stanley will then track your company's shipment and make sure your shipment is available to your company's attendees in their meeting room upon arrival to the event.
Please fill out the Company Literature Form and send it to SparkConf2024@morganstanley.com. Please print and attach the label below to the outside of all shipments. This will ensure proper delivery to the event.
Please schedule your shipment to arrive no more than 3 business days before the official conference dates.
Please note: It is the individual company's responsibility to make arrangements to print and ship company literature, and to return any leftover company literature. Morgan Stanley will not be responsible for printing any material or shipping leftover material.
