Cancellation Policies

Please contact the hotel directly for individual cancellation policies. All cancellations must be received by 6:00 p.m. Los Angeles time at least 14 days prior to expected arrival date, or a penalty equal to one night's room rate will be charged to the booking credit card. Please note that "no-shows," those who fail to arrive, will be charged room and tax for each night that was reserved. A fee equal to one night's room rate plus tax will be applied in the case of departures that are earlier than the original confirmed departure date. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel. Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees.
