FORMAT
Public Company Fireside Chats
Public company fireside chats will feature our popular "unplugged" fireside chat format, in which Morgan Stanley hosts engage in an informal discussion with C-level speakers from company management teams. Each session allows C-level speakers to open with a question-and-answer session with a Morgan Stanley moderator, before transitioning to an interactive question-and-answer session with the audience.
You will be contacted with your company's specific fireside chat time closer to the conference date.
Please Note: We are unable to accommodate slides or any other use of audiovisual equipment during fireside chats due to the "unplugged" format of the conference. You have the option to provide hard copies of a recent slide deck for distribution during your session. Please see additional details in the Deadlines section of the website.
If you are registering after Wednesday, June 4, you will be placed on the waitlist for a fireside chat session. If you are registering now, please note that Monday, September 8 and Tuesday, September 9 are fully at capacity and on a waitlist for a fireside chat and/or one-on-one meetings. If you would like a fireside chat and/or one-on-one meetings on Monday or Tuesday, you will automatically be put on a waitlist.
Private Company Presentation
Private company presentations will feature a more intimate discussion. Investors will enter to have informal discussions with C-level speakers from company management teams. Each session allows C-level speakers to open with an overview of the company, followed by discussion and a question-and-answer session. We will contact you with your specific private company fireside chat time and date closer to the conference.
You will have the ability to share slides with a laptop, there will be a technician there to assist.
Live Webcasting
GlobalMeet will be providing live audio only webcast services for this year's Global Healthcare Conference. This service is fully compliant with Regulation Full Disclosure (Reg FD) obligations. Please note that live video webcasting will not be offered for any fireside chat sessions at this conference.
Presenting companies will be responsible for all webcast fees. Live audio webcasting can be purchased directly through our webcasting partner Global Meet.
Important Notice Regarding Audio Edits
Analyst disclosures during any part of the company fireside chat cannot be edited without the prior consent of Morgan Stanley. GlobalMeet will notify Morgan Stanley's Corporate Access team if audio edits have been requested by any participating company.
One-on-One/Small Group Meetings
One-on-One and group meetings are an integral part of Morgan Stanley conferences, as they provide face-to-face management access for institutional investors. Each participating corporate will be designated one day to host investor meetings. Each one-on-one meeting lasts 40 minutes.
As a part of the registration process, you will be able to indicate your one-on-one availability, which must be completed no later than Monday, July 14. We anticipate high demand for these meetings and encourage you to make yourself as available as possible to help satisfy investor demand. Once you have indicated your one-on-one availability, we will solicit interest from investors and schedule meetings in accordance with the times that you have allotted. You will receive your one-on-one meeting schedule for review and approval, prior to the conference.

Company Literature and Handouts
In order to enhance your fireside chat, we request that you provide hard copies of a recent presentation for distribution in your session. If you plan on shipping materials, please fill out the company literature form, located below. Please send copies directly to Sheraton New York. For your convenience, a shipping label is available below.
This deadline is flexible, but recommended, as we want to ensure that your presentations are here upon your arrival. Please Note It is the individual company's responsibility to make arrangements to print and ship company literature, in addition to returning any leftover company literature. Morgan Stanley will not be responsible for printing any material or shipping leftover material.
Please label all packages with "Morgan Stanley 23rd Annual Global Healthcare Conference" and include your company name to ensure proper delivery. We prefer you utilize the below documents for sending.
