Morgan Stanley has reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. Registering for the conference does not guarantee your room and travel. Please work directly with the hotels to book your rooms, and to make any changes or request cancellations. We strongly recommend making your reservations as soon as possible.

Please use this link to make your reservation. The conference rate is $449 plus taxes and fees for standard rooms. Rooms are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy for your reservation. The deadline to book rooms is Monday, August 14, 2025.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival. Anyone who cancels within 7 days of arrival will be charged for the entire stay's room charge, plus tax, or if your reservation is only for one night, you will be charged for that night only, plus tax. Please note that "no-shows," those who fail to arrive, will be charged room and tax for each night that was reserved. Morgan Stanley will not accept any liability for cancellation or no-show fees. The hotels will charge all penalties to your credit card.
